Superlative Car Rental Uganda offers a wide range of reliable 4×4 vehicles including 4×4 Toyota Land Cruiser V8, 4×4 Land Cruiser TX, 4×4 Hardtop, 4×4 Toyota Hilux (with or without camping gear), 4×4 SUVs, 9-seater safari vans, and executive vehicles.

2. Do you offer self-drive and chauffeur services?

Yes. We provide both self-drive options and professional drivers for all our clients who prefer guided or stress-free travel.

3. Can i book a vehicle for a safari?

Absolutely. Superlative Car Rental Uganda specialize in safari-ready vehicles such as 4×4 Land Cruisers with pop-up roofs, safari vans, and camping-equipped vehicles.

4. Do your vehicles come with insurance?

Yes. All our 4×4 vehicles are fully insured with comprehensive cover. Additional insurance options can be arranged upon request.

5. What documents do i need for self-drive?

You need a valid driver’s license, passport or national ID, and must meet our minimum driving age requirement.

6. Do you offer airport pick-up and drop-off?

At Superlative Car Rental Uganda, we provide convenient Entebbe Airport pick-up and drop-off services at any time of the day.

7. Can I rent a vehicle for cross-border travel?

We also allow cross-border travel to countries such as Kenya, Rwanda, and Tanzania. Prior arrangement and additional fees may apply.

8. Is fuel included in the rental price?

Fuel is not included. Vehicles are provided with a set fuel level and should be returned with the same level.

9. How do i make a booking?

You can book through our website, WhatsApp, email, or by calling our customer support. A small deposit may be required to confirm the reservation.

10. Do you provide camping gear?

Superlative Car Rental Uganda offers fully equipped camping gear including rooftop tents, ground tents, cooking sets, chairs, tables, mattresses, and more.

11. What happens if the vehicle breaks down?

Superlative Car Rental Uganda provides 24/7 roadside assistance, and if necessary, we replace the vehicle as quickly as possible.

12. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept mobile money, bank transfers, cash, and other secure digital payment options.

13. Can i rent a car for long-term use?

Yes, Superlative Car Rental Uganda offers discounted rates for long-term rentals—weekly, monthly, or extended contracts.

14. Do you offer child seats?

Yes, child/baby seats are available upon request.
